My mom doesnt want me to get a Blackberry because she thinks im too young?
okay.. so im years old and the ONLY reason i want a blackberry is because i want to have the quotBlackberry Messengerquot and other services.. not to call my friends and talk to them all night?

Well, is pretty much the prime age for a cell phone. But youve gotta understand that with a Blackberry, your parents assuming theyre the ones who would be paying for your plan would be paying extra per month than a regular cell phone AT LEAST. That adds up. So unless you wanna pitch in and help pay which I think would be a good compromise then you shouldnt expect to get one. Another cell phone thats less expensive, maybe, and that could be used for emergency purposes. Regular cell phones are cool, too, though. Theyve got games sometimes and stuff like that. Appreciate your parents and just understand where they might be coming from here, or pay the or so dollars to get a Blackberry for yourself.brbrBesides, I really dont think that kids your age need a phone like that. Youd be paying for so many features that you would never even use. It seems like kind of a waste. Those phones are made, as someone else said, for business purposes they have planners and all that stuff. I doubt youd be keeping your entire life outlined on that phone, which is what a lot of people use them for. Theyre not even that cool unless youre gonna use them to their fullest.brbrAbout your Additional Details Maybe they can AFFORD to, technically, but people are tight on money these days, and I doubt that they just have infinite money lying around to spend on your fancy, unnecessary cell phone.
