I have tried turning the phone of, taking the battery of etc etc... it goes through different stages during the day, sometimes its ok, other times it just goes nuts

Answer

I also have the same problem with a V. Mine adjusts its own volume, connect itself to the browser and basically goes wappy flipping from one screen to another all without me even touching it, sometimes the only way to stop it is to take the battery out. I took it back to Vodafone and they sent it off and said it had got damp and the circuit board inside was erroded and it was unrepairable. They charged me to tell me this. Then the battery would only stay charged for about four hours and since getting a new battery its having less wappy attacks but still has the odd one but nothing like it used to. It may be worth taking yours back if its still under warranty or if its insured tell them it got droped or something and has been like ever since.
